These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FloBook AI, including its products FloBook AI, FloTalk AI, and FloScore AI (collectively, the “Services”), operated by FloBook AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. Use of the Services is intended for businesses and authorized representatives only.

 

2. Services Overview

FloBook AI provides AI-powered software solutions for:

  • Credit and collections management

  • Automated customer communication and follow-ups

  • Credit scoring and risk analysis

Features may vary based on the selected plan and may be updated from time to time.


3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

  • Services are offered on a subscription or usage-based pricing model.

  • Fees are communicated during onboarding or demo.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.


5. Use of AI Services

  • FloTalk AI operates as an automated AI voice agent and is not a human representative.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI calling and messaging complies with applicable telecom, data protection, and consent laws in India.

  • FloScore AI provides risk insights and credit scores based on available data and does not guarantee payment outcomes.


6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree:

  • Not to misuse the Services or use them for unlawful purposes.

  • To obtain all necessary customer consents for communication and data usage.

  • That you are solely responsible for business decisions made using the Services.


7. Data & Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your business and customer data.

  • By using the Services, you grant us permission to process data solely for providing and improving the Services.

  • Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


8. Integrations

FloBook AI may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ERPs, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or interruptions.


9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and proprietary technology related to FloBook AI remain the exclusive property of the Company. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.


10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive business information shared during the course of using the Services.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FloBook AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FloBook AI from any claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • For misuse or unlawful activity

You may terminate your subscription as per your agreed plan terms.


14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
